One of the best ways to be involved and serve the Colorado mathematics community is to serve on the CCTM Board of Directors. This year there are 7 positions open:
President
4-year term - 1 year as President-Elect + 2 years as President + 1 year as Past President
Must have previously/currently served on the CCTM Board of Directors
Set and drive the vision for CCTM
Vice-President
2-year term
Play a leadership role in planning and executing CCTM events
Secretary
2-year term
Keep and communicate written records of the work of CCTM
NCTM Representative
3-year term
Serve as liaison between CCTM and NCTM
Region Representative
3-year term
Must live or work in the region represented
Serve as liaison between CCTM board and membership
Current regions open for election:
Region 1 Representative (Denver, Littleton, Sheridan, Englewood, and Mapleton Public Schools)
Region 4 Representative (St. Vrain Valley, Brighton 27J, and districts in the northeast counties Larimer, Weld, Morgan, Logan, Sedgwick, Phillips, Yuma, and Washington counties)
Region 7 Representative (Districts in Douglas, El Paso, Elbert, and Teller counties)
